Our Custom Fragrance Bar is an interactive experience designed to bring something memorable and personal to your event. Guests will explore a curated selection of fragrance notes, create their own custom blend, and leave with a fragrance they created themselves.

Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and more.

THE EXPERIENCE

We bring the Custom Fragrance Bar directly to your event and provide everything needed for your guests to create their own signature fragrance.

Guests will:

• Explore your event's curated fragrance collection
• Smell and select their favorite notes
• Choose from Top, Middle & Base Notes
• Create their own fragrance combination
• Have their custom  fragrance blended and bottled
• Leave with their finished fragrance to enjoy

FRAGRANCE SELECTION PROCESS

Your fragrance menu is selected before your event, allowing you to personalize the experience for your guests.

STEP 1 — SELECT YOUR FRAGRANCES

Once your 50% deposit has been received, you will select:

6 Top Notes
6 Middle Notes
6 Base Notes

from our curated fragrance collection.

STEP 2 — NARROW YOUR COLLECTION

After making your initial selections, you will narrow your choices down to:

4 Top Notes
4 Middle Notes
4 Base Notes

These 12 final fragrances will become the fragrance collection available to your guests during your event.

STEP 3 — GUEST CREATE

At the event, guests can smell the selected notes, choose their favorites, and create a fragrance combination that is uniquely their own.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

We are delighted to bring our signature Custom Fragrance Bar experience directly to your event, creating an elevated and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Based in North Babylon, NY, our travel fees are determined by the location of your event.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Events located outside of our standard service area
• Tolls
• Parking fees
• Required parking garages or venue parking

Should additional travel expenses apply to your booking, a customized travel quote will be provided for your review prior to your event.

All applicable travel, toll, and parking fees must be paid in full prior to the event.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.

Your date is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided with your booking.

Any applicable travel fees, tolls, parking fees, upgrades, add-ons, or other approved charges will be included in your final balance.

Your event must be paid in full prior to the event date.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?

Once your booking and 50% deposit have been received, we'll begin preparing your personalized fragrance experience.

1. Booking Confirmation
You'll receive confirmation of your event details and booking.

2. Fragrance Selection
You'll receive information to begin selecting your Top, Middle & Base Notes from our curated fragrance collection.

3. Final Fragrance Menu
You'll narrow your selections to 4 Top Notes, 4 Middle Notes, and 4 Base Notes for a total of 12 fragrances available to your guests.

4. Event Details Are Finalized
We'll confirm your event date, time, guest count, selected package, fragrance selections, customization options, travel information, and any applicable add-ons.

5. Final Payment
Any remaining balance and applicable fees must be paid prior to your event.

6. We Bring the Experience to You
On the day of your event, Serenity Body Bar will arrive with your Custom Fragrance Bar setup and everything included with your selected package.

All that's left is for you and your guests to create, blend & experience a little Serenity.
